Well structured and straightforward

Very pleased with the training, interactive and with very good diagrams and visual aid. Good detailed instructions and demonstrations. Helped me understand and learn more about fires and how to prevent them.

very informent not over complicated, just the way people will understand and take on board the infomation.

I found the programme very easy to follow, and it was broken down into clear sections so that I could complete each section individually. I liked the question asked at the end of each section - it made me realise if I had been paying attention properly, or if I needed to recap the section. The videos were extremely helpful, particularly of how to use the different fire extinguishers.

Useful and well presented information - video clips of practical examples were very helpful.

I thought the training programme was very easy to use and understand. It was very clear and very informative. It was also just about the right length, so it did not become boring.

Was very thorough, but took a lot longer than I was expecting. Think it could be cut down a bit as there was some repetition.

Learnt a lot about fires and extinguishers. Comprehensive but very very long and by the end i did struggle to remember the answers to questions related to the beginning.

Would like to be able to pause an individual section during that section if having to answer phones, questions, etc. instead of only being able to wait to continue at the end of each page or the whole section. Otherwise very good and informative.
