Very useful and comprehensive programme, which covers all the essentials.

Useful course; covered all aspects. Clear. Noticed a few typing errors in text, but did not affect overall experience.
The questions in the test kept freezing and if you asked for it again it then marked the right answer as wrong.

A good introduciton to basic H & S a foundation to be used in conjunction with company organisational and H & S flow charts.
Rarely have I ever felt so patronised. I feel almost insulted. Whilst a large amount of the contents were irrelevant to my place of work, such as manual handling, chemicals, working at height etc, those that were were so blindingly obvious and a normal part of running a business safely that, if I were to put my staff through such a training regime, they would a) learn nothing new that they don't practise as a matter of course and within existing laid down procedures, b) ask why they were being treated like monkeys and c) ask me why I was spending the money on this and implying that they are devoid of common sense. I mean, how to dial 999. For goodness sake....
The content and delivery is first class and easy to follow particularly the section on use of step ladders and ladders.
The program was concise and simple and in handy bite-size chunks. I liked that it had an audio narrative along with the option for subtitle narrative if you need it.I didn't feel bored by the end of it. The down points were that it is not as interactive as I would have liked, providing a temptation for employees to quickly flick through the program in a hurry if they so desired!
A good introduction to the complex subject of Health and Safety; ideal for staff induction or as a periodic reminder of everyone's responsibilityies with respect to the five essentials.
