After you have printed the certificate and you have been interrupted and had to log out of the program altogether. I wished to retake it and now completely locked out of it so cannot redo.

I cannot understand why I am subjected to this pointless and down right patronising video each year. The money could be spent on resources for schools. I do not want my review placed on your website as I am sure you wouldn't either!
