This training programme was clearly delivered and relevant to my role. It told me concisely what I needed to know and all of the information was relevant rather than deviating into unnecessary details. The mix of video, audio and pictures worked well. More questions might have been useful to keep interest.
It was good to refresh my memory.
Unfortunately the laptap I was using seemed to have a mind of it's own and pre-selected answers before I had a chance to agree
the programme was ok, but i think the computer i used was not up to the task, the understanding of the programme was good..

A great overview to the health and safety requirements and legal obligations in the workplace. Also good training regarding good posture and also covering manual handling.
Plain English, good combination of verbal and written information. Helpful that you can complete at a later time if unable to finish. Nice to be able to print a certificate at the end.
