I found the course very informative. At times the videos were breaking up which made it difficult to understand, this may have been due to connection problems as our office was experiencing IT problems during the training session, meaning I had to do the test 3 times

I think this programme raises obvious and basic issues that require common sense in daily life but also raises some tiny details that sometimes we do not think about like for instance carrying the heaviest area the nearest to our body when we carry something heavy. I think both sides of this programme are important.

Would recommened this training programme to friends and colleagues as it is very user friendly.

Great resource to inform you and as a reference for the future

I would like to have seen a few more 'links' to outside information which would have the effect of re-inforcing the message.

A very useful course that taught me new things. I'll never look at a sign in the same way again, now that I know that the shapes and colours mean different things. The lifting animations were very helpful as it's a lot easier to see it demonstrated than to just read about it.
