It Was easy to follow, didn't take up too much time and covered everything you might need.
I have better understanding and knowledge of what I need to do to stay safe at work, home and everywhere. and how to recognise the most common dangers in my workplace or home so I can avoid them.

The training provided a good overview of all HSE principles, but also provided a great deal of information that will not be relevant to me - e.g. information on PPE and hazardous materials etc..

a most educational course and good to refresh the needs of health and saftey on a regular basis so as to not take this for granted on a day to day basis.
This programme, apart from being extremely informative, was very well written and structured.As this is the first of its kind, I wasn't prepared for the length of time of the video, however, most definitely FIT for PURPOSE
