I think being able to re take the test gives an employer false outcomes of how well an employee has read and understood the written course.

A very good tool for learning the basics of Health & Safety and the role we, as individuals, have to play and our own responsibilities.
All the points were clear and well made. There should be more quick quizzes and something should be done to make it more exciting. Eg give a surprise noise and picture, show more real situations, have a number of different speakers. Put in a trick question. Put in a bit of humour.
After completing the Fire Awareness first this session was much quicker and the two linked together nicely.
