A great reminder of all the things we tend to forget, found the syllabus to be of great value.
I liked this format, was easy to dip in and out of sections according to workload.

Sensible approach, good to have reminder tests throughout. Should take a little more time on looking at the questions int he final test!
The training is slightly simple but it does expand people's knowledge if you do not know anything about Health and Safety.
