I felt that this training course was very descriptive and was very beneficial. It covered a wide variety of health and safety issues which could have the potential to harm my work colleagues or myself. After completing the course I'm definitely more aware of the types of incidents that can occur and will definitely be more vigilant in the future and report anything that I can't resolve myself. I believe that It’s definitely a good idea to have this health and safety refresher every year to keep it fresh in everybody mind.

The training was very clear and concise, It wasn't too time costing and kept me focused. Very interesting.

You need to sort out the videos, when windowed I saw a white screen with quite talking and when full screen the video kept pausing and buffering to the point of frustration. After watiing 10 minutes for a 3 minute video clip to load I ended up having to skip that leason which really defeats the purpose of the training.
