I particularly liked the short videos which were helpful for advice on lifting.

Keep to generic, common sense approach. Too much detail on percentages and probabilities is not relevant to remember, and is not a good basis for pass / fail criteria in a safety test. More relevant is to know where to get the detailed information or whom to contact should the need arise. People will remember what they do every day (assuming common sense attitude), but not the details. Practical examples always best.
