Straight forward nicely presented and not patronising
Information well explained with questions to follow make points easier to remember.
The programme is easy to follow, gives clear information however the test questions are not all about Health and Safety issues. They include facts and figures which may not be that important in keeping you safe.

The online training was really good and also very relaxed.
Good Training Course
A few questions on test were poorly worded to purposefully cause confusion, givimg two/ three plausable and barely different answers whilst other queations were extremely easy and had two obviously incorrect answers. More, if not all of the questions should be about how to be safe not on the statistics.
The training was very informative and comprehensive.
Design and presentation good, speaker uses voice tones well, format accessible and interesting. Content could be enhanced with more detail and perhaps some examples.
