Much less time consuming than attending a full days session, especially when you already have quite a bit of health and safety experience.
I found the training progrmmame to be very well laid out. It showed all key safety points, took its time explaining everything and the test was very fair.
The speaker kept my attention and it wasn't unbearable to listen to (as I've found most pre-recorded messages are). It was also very clear and concise, nothing misunderstood. The only 'complaint' I would have is that there are statistics from the talk as part of the test which I don't believe are necessary to know your 'Health and Safety Essentials'.
Kept stopping and on a couple of occasions the sound disappeared so I had to redo the section with subtitles.
I think this is a very good programme as it refresh's the mind and keeps people aware of safety
I think the question re mandatory hearing protection is misleading. Whilst technically correct, it should be stressed that employers must provide hearing protection at 80dBA and that the duty to use it is mandated at 85dBA.
It gives a well explaination of the Health & Safety Essentilas
I have learnt a lot
easy to access
I found each section to be very succinct, but overall the programme was rather long. I am aware that it could be done at different intervals but wanted to finish it in one go.
