Although the information is quite logical if you actually think about it, it is important for a safe and healthy life, if you are aware and understand it, after all, it is not rocket science.

Informative and easy to understand and follow however it does repeat a lot of the information provided on the Fire Marshall's course
makes you check out posters, notices about office and check up on procedures.
This covered a range of topics well and would be suited to a range of environments that do not contain highly specific risks. Clear and concise.
The training covered all the main areas that a small to medium size company would need. The simple delivery style made it easy to follow and easy to understand. Easy to navigate and use and it really is possible to complete it in the 40 minutes they tell you at the beginning. The only improvement I would suggest would be for there to be an indicator of how far through the whole training you are at all time.
