essential guide to health and safety issues
Easy to follow, straightforward and practical.
I found the training was quite engaging and not boring at all. Also it was very varied and covered all aspects of Health and Safety within the workplace. The length of the training program was also about right.
The questions regarding statics like number of accidents is 30% 40% or 50% is not useful for the course.
Clear and easy to use although there were times when the narrator's voice dropped and it was difficult to hear (even with the volume as high as it would go. I am not sure if one size fit all - I would have liked some more info on H&S guidance specically on dealing with young children

This was a thorough overview of all the H&S fundamentals. It is a very practical guide including how to lift safely, adjust seating position and reduce risks such as RSI. It was very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this training
