the information provided was great and enough to answer the questions however I feel that there is not enough questions on each individual section to allow me to know I have fully grasped an understanding of the topic.
A simple common sense training. It is generic and clearly aimed at office based workers. There needs to be an upgrade or alternative for people working else where, outside, with people, animals or in more dangerous or badly maintained buildings, as many schools are nowadays, as the lack of maintenance is taking it's toll. In addition the reliance that our workplaces have the correct information in place is optimistic. There needs to be an additional section about the legal requirements employers need to up hold as many workplaces, e.g our school does not recognise or support the VDU users regulations.
This is a good overview of health and safety in the workplace (and outside the workplace). Specifics need to be covered with your employer. Some of the questions at the end were about number of accidents and didn't seem THAT relevant - does it matter if you know the correct percentage of accidents on ladders? Otherwise very helpful.
A good overview of the most essential aspects of workplace and home health and safety. Some very useful and helpful tips.
This is informative and an easy way to learn.
Slightly difficult to complete but informative
Sections very concise and well explained. Examples/graphics shown were very helpful.
I gained an in-depth knowledge about Avtrade Health and Safety Policy and Quality Standards.
Most of the information is given is "common sense". However, when emergencies do arise people go into fight or flight mode, in turn forgetting the basic procedures, panicking and creating a new set of problems . The information given has also highlighted for me areas at home where I will take more care and attention.
All good information although I don't recall hearing the acronym for Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health spelled out. Test at the end was good. I had a small problem in that I worked through section 2 but apparently the system didn't log that. I got to the end and instead of taking me to the test it took me back to the start of section 1. I did pause during the process to have lunch.
