Clear concise and good to have the option of subtitles
The trainer had an "easy to listen to" voice which made the informative and concise training palatable.
A first rate informative programme i would have liked to take the test before and after? as i believe this would be a good learning way as you remember what you got wrong it sits in your mind and brings it to the forefront next time.
Excellent course clear and concise with enough interaction to aid learning and interest. Great that you can break into sections so can complete over a period of time rather than in one go.
Easy to follow and understand
On criticism, I do not see the merit in asking somebody the percentage of occurrences of a certain type of incident. This should not be memory test and this does not help raise awareness.
