A very course which covered a lot of aspects needed in a work environment and also ideas that can be carried out in our private lives.
Course was great. Clear and concise.
This course was presented well and was very easy to understand and complete.
I thought it helpful as there was information about specific issues I was not aware of e.g. not hanging up until the information has been repeated. However, I thought the level of detail and time spent explaining signboards was unnecessary. A reminder about manual handling is always good - would be useful to specially mention straightening your back before lifting whilst still in a crouching position and preparing to pick up.
