Hard to criticise the course content for covering all the basics in an easy to assimilate fashion. The experience was marred however by the sluggish response time particularly when selecting answers to questions. This meant that the refresh button was often used as the selected answer was not responded to. This was particularly annoying in the final test where I had to quit the application completely and restart the test from scratch due to a total hang. I was not able to put this down to the schools network as this worked as well as ever.

This is an important subject and the online course gave me an understanding of how to use this in my work place.
I found the course to be informative, easy to follow and although I had some experience with health and safety from previous roles. I found the explanation of the types of signage you see in the workplace and in every day life was very good.
