I'm not sure who it's aimed at but I thought it was a bit patronising to be instructed about how to dial 999!

I found this programme very informative. I always think these instruction programmes require the application of common sense and the answers in the test will be easy but there is a lot more to them and you really have to think carefully about the answers. The man spoke clearly but at times I found the sound faded slightly then came back.
