A very good presentation, clear and precise which I think are essential attributes for dealing with health and safety matters.

Most courses are a bit of a pain but ones like 'Health and Safety Essentials' are a necessary evil. This was an easy to use course broken into manageable chunks, spoken at a good pace and with subtitles should you need them. Option to replay and refresh the training sections is helpful if you're likely to be interrupted and there was a good range of questions and, of course, a certificate at the end.

Good idea makes you take more notice of posters and signs now
As service engineers we get induction / safety training on a daily basis when on site. Too much repeated training can cause confusion and apathy so doing this as well is pointless. Also all service engineers have a safety certificate training card that shows they have taken a proper off site safety training course and offshore safety training certificate that includes fire fighting, emergency escape from smoke filled buildings, emergency escape from helicopter, first aid, etc etc.
