i found the course easy and the video were good and it help me to under stand health and safety and i now have a better knowledge of health and safety
simple and easy to follow, always good to brush up on safety issues and learn important information
Although it covered a lot of fairly common-sense items, the course gave a good over-view of workplace health and safety best practice. I learned a few things and revised areas I was blurry on. Thanks!
Subtitles good idea as I am a reader rather than a listener, but having them on the right was very annoying, had to switch them off. Running underneath would have been better.Too general for my opinion and not very useful (but maybe that's just because I've done the general training for more than a decade now and I am familiar with the matter). A specific work-place training would have been better considering I am starting the new job in the new place, immediately advising on e.g. where first aid kits are situated, who the first aiders are, where the assembly points are etc.Other then the more personal misgivings, the actor was good, the voice pleasant, it was entertaining enough and well-modulated to keep my attention.I found irritating that sometimes it continued automatically from section to section and sometimes I had to press the button, not sure why. Some of the questions in the test are just silly! Or rather you could get the correct answer not having bothered with the training with just common sense.

The videos were time consuming. The ability to fast forward through the information that is already known to the user would be of great benefit. Some people, including myself, have attended H&S courses such as CEBOSH and IOSH and are already very familiar with H&S requirements and do not need to watch a 3 or 4 minute video per topic.
A concise and informative course which covered everything necessary.
short, sweet and was effective
No problems but this sometimes doesn't work too well in Internet Explorer - I had to reload several sections before giving up and using Chrome.
If I had taken the test without the video i would have got 1 or 2 Questions wrong, It worked as a really good refresher for myself and pointed out a couple of statistics that i had forgotten.
