the health and safety training programme was very informative and it taught me a few things about health and safety
For perfection, having the ability to re-cap on a wrong answer and then jump back into the test where you left off would be good.
I found this corse to be perfectly adequate as a way of gaining information about Halth and Safety issues. The questions at the end of each section were a good way to prepare you for the test at the end. I might be a good idea if there were three questions at the end of each section rather than the single one.The criticism I have is that it would be helpful if there was a very obvious button to press if you need to hault the course when the telephone rings or someone comes into the office.
Questions don't focus on understanding but memory test of random numbers or other info.

Although this programme was informative and easy to use, a number of videos did not work and it wasn't until half way through I realised that firstly, they were not working and secondly, I could also click on the subtitle option to see the information not displayed in the video.
To many long clips. Boring.
