I found all the sections helpful and easy to follow - it helps with the ability to re review any areas if required.
Excellent format, really enjoyed the training. Speaker was clear, questions after each section were helpful too.
As a refresher it is woefully inadequate - due to the repetition of so many basic common sense facts (and facts across related courses), it is both unecessarily time-consuming AND means it is likely that the facts that do need to be absorbed are less likely to be because the learner has switched off by then. In addition, some of the test questions test statistics/facts which do nothing to actually promote actual practice of safety.
