Maybe it should be made clearer that you will be tested and that you need to be in a situation without other distractions in order to fully concentrate. The section on how you should sit and work at a desk was very helpful.

This was a very easy to use, accessible course. I found the narrator very comfortable to watch and listen to, and the course easy enough to follow. The questions were simple, and the graphics were useful.
Clear and easy to use - I did it whilst still working!
It was easier to complete reading the text than the video.
Information was clearly presented, graphics were helpful. A lot of the material was familiar, having been at one stage a designated first aider, though that is no reason for not going through the material. I liked being able to work at my own pace and I thought the instructions on the screen as to how to go abo0ut this were very clear and helpful. I understand I was luckier than some in that my programme worked like a charm and things happened exactly as anticipated.
