Contains some useful information but I'm not sure knowledge of how many percentage of accidents are from falling from heights/tripping etc. is going to improve my health and safety! Also, each segment is timed but there doesn't appear to be an indicator of where you are at in relation to completion of the course as a whole; it feels like it could go on forever.

I like the fact that that the course was divided into Parts, so if necessary, it is possible to refresh one particular section. Also a good feature that at the end of each section there was a question to test learning.
