good but focus less on stats

Good overview, but the stats should be there to emphasise how often a certain hazard could occur. I don't feel stats should be part of the test because it adds little to health and safety essentials, for example, to know what % of falls are caused by ladders.I feel in that example, it's more important to know how to prevent falls. But overall, good and informative.

Not really to the point

I found this (and other modules) and the associated exam at the ends, to be far too focused on "statistics" and facts - what % of injuries, how many tonnes of CO2 etc etc etc. This is not a documentary, it is a training course. The content and more importantly the questions should be focused on legislated responsibility (personal and corporate), actions to comply, requirements of employer, what to do if something happens, where to find information you need etc. I appreciate there is some of this in the content, and you need Qs for the bank - but keep it relevant - not just regurgitating statistics which neither help, nor add to what we should know. I say this as being NEBOSH qualified (so maybe looking at it from a different perspective than most employees) and 24 years in the military - where training is more personally and practically focused (how to write risk assessments, how to spot - avoid - report problems etc), and as such its maybe more idealistic that realistic. That said - the contact that was there, was easy to use and easily understood.
