The training was given in a clear and concise manner with images to assist in understanding the descriptions. I found the training very useful.

The video demonstrations are clear on how to spot issues, what to do with them, and how to keep yourself and others safe.
With a large number of people in the hall it was not always easy to hear the presentation or follow group activity. At times the presenters were barely audible and seemed to be speaking to themselves rather than an audience. Maybe consideration should be given to a microphone for future presentations.I'm sure the content was interesting but as much of the presentation was inaudible I think they lost the audience at times.By contrast the follow-up computer exercise and certificate was straightforward to follow.
Really good course.
I found it overlapped a lot with the fire and safety, and Display screen Equipment courses. Not sure that I really learnt much in this one.
