Very easy to use and follow.

Covered all you needed to know to have a basic understanding of the subject matter required within the workplace. Clear, detailed, and quick to complete. There are random questions to see if you have fully understood each section as you go along prior to the final 20 question multiple choice test so if you fail a section question you can rerun the section if you wish before you take the main test. I passed with a 95% score after a very short single sitting.

Course was easy to use

I found the content relevant but when it came to the questions I think these could be made more relevant. I dont think we need to worry for example about specific percentages in the questions. It would be more useful as a learning experience making quesions more relevant to the workplace health and safety

Could be shortened

Not sure why it is important to remember percentages of how many accidents are caused by ladders and so on. Some questions are so obviously common sense. Some questions could have two correct answers and so you choose one and then get it wrong which seems unfair. The fire bit in here is repetition of another fire training I had to do a few months ago.It would be helpful to know how far through you are. It certainly takes a lot longer than 40 minutes to do! This is discouraging.
