It was an easy to follow, basic test but it is always good to have a refresher now and then. Some staff may have never had to complete a test like this so it is important that everyone realises their responsibilities and expectations.
The course was engaging, each topic was short but covered all the essential information. I think everyone in the workplace should take the course as it raises the awareness of everyone's health and safety responsibilities not just those who have a specific health and safety role.

in some ways this was more important than Display Screen Equipment' and Driver Awareness' yet the summary points were not consistent as in points about electrical were not highlighted at the end and the voice over was louder in some lessons and then would would go back to another sound volume level.
