Important information presented in a cler way what makes it easy to remember. It would be useful to have some information on fire extinguishers use and a first aid.
Material easy to follow and well presented, however lots of overlap considering having to do the DSE module also.
Very good and informative analysis of all courses
Very easy to use and easy to understand. The time given at the start was spot on, although it would take a bit longer if the user wanted to review sections before taking the test. It was nice to see a more modern and less patronising format than some of the previous training videos I have seen. Also good to be able to take the training when it suits each individual.
Too many % are quoted not necessary for employees - should focus for office environment on spaghetti junction, bad cabling frequently ignored by employers - also there is nothing about the PAT again frequently ignored by employers. Thank you
