The questions at the end are irrelevant. Why do I need to remember how many accidents are caused by ladders? Does it matter ? Why do I need to remember if a sign is prohibition / warning / mandatory etc.? As long as the signs are in the correct places does it matter what type of sign they are ?

Worthwhile exercise, clearly explained, not to time consuming, gives a good basic understanding of most aspects of H&S
A good training course, which doesn't over-complicate. It uses a nice mixture of video's, small tests at the end of each unit and sections of text to keep the user engaged.
