This was a course that was very well presented in an easy to follow fashion. Everything was presented in a clear and concise way and it reminded me of things that may have been forgotten.

Very repetitive with the fire awareness and manual handling. The videos kept stopping and required starting again so fortunately, the repetitiveness of the content allowed me to skip certain sections
Good clear course, both spoken and with the bullet point summary.Shame that some of the screens wouldn't load properly and it was not until it had happen for the fifth or sixth time, that I realised I had to go back and watch it again from the beginning, which was time wasting. Even this did not work sometimes.
