The course was in my opinion at a good level. The majority of its content is common sense however I feel it does act as a good refresher particulary to new employees of a company. Although the majority of the content was covered by my line manager it did reinforce that it is everyone's responsibility to ensure good and safe working practice.

This course enabled me to refresh and acknowledge my understanding of Health and Safety. It was nice to receive a certificate to confirm this.
The use of video at least adds a multimedia element to the training but it's still only one step beyond what could be done with a PowerPoint slide show. It's a fairly boring (albeit important) topic so giving the user something to do would at least make the content more engaging - simple drag and drop exercises such as match the labels (warning, prohibition, mandatory etc.) to the sign or putting things (e.g. fire evacution steps) into the correct order.
