Various facts and figures are out of date. Lifting technique is the old approach, not SMART. Noise action levels should be taken on weekly exposure however the training takes the over simplified view that all employees are exposed to the same noise 40 hours a week when they often aren't. I'm expecting this will lead to staff quoting this training and demanding PPE over our existing control measures. Didn't like the fact I couldn't full screen the course, leaving distractions exposed.
It's a dull topic, no question. But the course managed to remain engaging throughout. There's quite a lot of overlap with things like DSE and Lifting & Handling, which I can understand for customers who may not feel they need those as standalone courses. I wonder if there's room for a stripped-down version of this course that excludes those parts for the benefit of learners that also subscribe to those courses?
found the course very interesting and informative
Course covered appropriate areas and added to my knowledge of H&S in the workplace. It was easy to access and the tone and pace made it easy to follow.

found it very informative
The amount of details was just right. I liked being aware of how much left there is of the training. The subtitles were really helpful. Some questions seemed too easy, but overall they were useful for learning health and safety.

I have enjoyed doing this course. It is very easy to follow the course. Every aspect of the course was simplified and clearly explained in detail. Also one can go back and listen to the related section again and again if any part was missed or not understood.
I liked the breakdown into separate sections and the single question after each section to keep me on my toes
