Very informative and helpful course.
I have to do this course once a year and i find it easy to use and follow. Very clearly spoken and the written and picture discriptions are very clear also.
I found this course very straightforward and easy to learn. The graphics were clear and the subtitles were helpful. The only thing which might make it better would be the subtitles coming up on a line by line basis as the trainer speaks
i have used many h&s training programmes like this one, I never find it that interesting to be honest but this one kept me captivated more than most, a nice design and pleasing experience to use, well done, you've done the best of what most people see as a dull affair
