Far more engaging with the video element. Some of the areas were not totally relevant for me in my area of work so I may have drifted off slightly but overall very good.
Easy to use and informative, slightly repetitive at times. Also it doesn't warn at that specific time that if you come out of the end test to review a section, you lose all progress on that test - slightly frustrating

The course was good to see how to sit on the chair correctly and to ensure that no injury will occur whiles working throughout the day.
