the training was straight to the point. easy to navigate and factual.
I found this very difficult to hear, very slow. not really appropriate for a 10 person office as we are. also wasn't compatible with some computer software, needed earphones and even then so quiet I couldn't hear.
A good training programme that is in no way patronising, and I really liked the 'tester' questions after each section!
