A good, comprehensive course and easy to follow, but there is a major problem with the volume levels. When going from one video to the next, the volume changes dramatically from really quiet to really loud - so I was constantly having to adjust the volume on my computer when listening with headphones. Given that this is a health and safety course, it's not ideal for your ears to be blasted by the sound on a video when you have turned up the volume due to barely being able to hear the previous video.
A course you can do at your own pace without embarrassment.
