This was a straight forward and easy course, however there were a few times where I got confused with the wording. Fortunately it's mostly common sense and things you should be aware of already. But I can't say I learned anything new.

The videos are very quick but contain a lot of valuable information that i want all my staff to be aware of from day one. Having this course means i can easily give my new starters the information they require without disrupting too much of their training on the job and means they already feel safe and have the knowledge they need before starting their first day.
I like to use the transcript for these courses as it saves disturbing other people in the office.
