As a health and safety professional I don't believe expecting people to remember figures or percentages makes any difference to whether someone will be safe in the workplace.
Gives a good overview of safety. Points you in the right direction to find out all the information needed to keep yourself and everyone around you safe. Encourages people to read and understand processes and procedure. It is a good test for all cleaning, catering and security staff anyone that is employed by another company. My question would be do the cleaning staff know about the chemicals they use? (Not their managers but the people using the cleaning solutions)
