The program was very clear and informative with good visual examples. The summaries help to recap the information given to help consolidate learning.
The Health and Safety training was informative and thorough. I now feel confident and knowledgeable about all aspects of Health and Safety at work and know how to gain all the relevant information in my organisation.
The online course will be of benefit to our clients who do not fancy signing up to longer classes. I found it most helpful with a perfect blend of pictographs expert, narrative, informative video and refresher questions. We will certainly be rolling it out to our clients.

I found it informative ,and helpful..the only thing i felt that a few of the test questions felt a bit catch you out scenario as there were a lot of screens to watch and was frantically trying to remember figures at times rather than absorb what I was watching.
As with the other training, there is too much emphasis on video. a mix of both video and slides would be better to stop the mind wandering.
This training included the Fire Awareness Training that I have already taken and as a result I lost my focus
