This training e-course was simple to follow, clear to understand. The volume on my machine is not very good, so I did appreciate the transcription and the wonderful way it underlined each sentence - excellent idea. I also liked that the video was minimised to the top of the screen when I scrolled down. This helped reinforce the information.
