Found this part of the course comprehensive, up to date, and very useful health and safety information contained. Participants should be given a realistic timeframe to complete the whole course - at least half a day. I didn't manage to finish the whole course which I would've liked because work demands took over,

All aspect of this training is relevant, not just at work place but also in your day to day life. Many injuries are caused due to neglect, distraction or disregarding the proper process or actions. The training helps you inform and educate about the dos & don'ts. My only recommendation is a review of the recording of the slides. Participants lose the first few seconds of the recording when the narrator starts talking, perhaps it is the recording or perhaps the delay is caused at viewing, I have encountered this every time. All in all a very good training.
