An easy and informative way of refreshing my initial Health and Safety Training
Very thorough training that was a good refresher on all I needed to know.
Most of the answers I got right in the test were from other, shorter (10-minute) training sessions I had done in the past. Those sessions were short and to the point, with simple graphics summarising several ideas in one, e.g. 1 diagram of safe handling that demonstrates keeping the upper body straight, the heaviest weight close to the body, the positioning of the legs etc. That is far easier to remember than someone talking at me for several minutes.
