a lot is common sense
This makes you think about simple things you do every day and never consider it could be a risk but good to refresh the obvious.

A lot of it is sort of not quite relevant to us in the AB, like how to sit in an office and type!! Quite alot is also doubled up with the other courses but of course more is always better than less.
