A thorough introductory course

This provides a comprehensive guide to the basics of Health and Safety at work. Material is well set out and easy to progress through. My only criticism is that it duplicates some material from the Fire Awareness and Manual Handling courses. This is very apparent when the courses are completed on the same day.

basic.

A reasonable on line course however I personally don't like them as a tutor instructor in my opinion you will learn more reading a welding or plumbing book dos not make you a tradesman.

Waste of time doing a "refresher"

Far too much is not relevant to my work. Also, it's a waste of time having to watch 55 videos all the way through, when reading the transcripts would suffice. I cant think of any other form of course where you ahve to reapeat the entire thing within 18 months of last doing it. There should be a short knowledge gap test to start with. This is what we would do in education.

A well documented course

I felt that the course included a lot of detail regarding all aspects of Health & Safety but would benefit from some practical training as well

Sound kept cutting out

The training was fine. A little over long in my opinion with rather a lot of "obvious" stuff. But what was annoying was that the screen would freeze (which may have been a wifi issue on some of the longer sections, but especially annoying was that after the first 20 seconds of each video the sound would cut out and I had to rely on subtitles!

Straightforward

Clear and concise video training guide making the information easy to understand and retain.

Does the job with a caveat.

Does what is need however some of the wording regarding "disabled people" is not correct and should be changed. It is a people with disabilities. For example only certain people, with certain disabilities, with have need of assistance when exiting a building being evacuated, not "disabled people".
