Learned so much ty
I did find the training informative but I disliked that 'housekeeping' issues were represented by women whereas manual handling represented by men. I also felt that some questions in the test were irrelevant to the practical use of health and safety - is it important to memorise the proportion of people hurt by ladders or the percentage of injuries caused by manual handling? Questions to assess whether people know how to keep safe would be better in my opinion.

Great course ,happy I passed big time so good for my morale
good to go over the signs..we all know what they mean but its good to recognize what the different shapes mean.. also posture is a handy one to re learn about
I have found this training particularly useful and interesting. It would be great to do every 6-8 months in order to be more prepared if we find ourselves in these circumstances. It was great to know more details about the safety at work, especially back related problems and how to use chair/table/screen/ our legs and arms positions...etc that we keep forgetting. We always look at the big picture such fire /chemical etc..but even slipping on the floor because someone has not thought about safety in the first place, it has made me thinking a lot. I would like perhaps to suggest the training in the work place. It was very good to refresh some of the procedures but, not being in my class/workplace at present, has made more difficult to remember if I have the signboards in the right place or if any object is obstructing fire extintor etc.. Ideally, I would like to repeat the training but in my workplace as it would be more realistic ( in terms that I could check exactly if I have all the right equipments safe and nothing is causing any harm/any hazards)
