really informative - as well as giving tips on how to de-escalate and keep me safe it also explained more about the organisation's legal responsibilities - so it makes me appreciate when asked to read and sign policies and risk assessment controls
very interesting summary and nicely presented
The course is useful but in reality most of what it tells us is common sense. It is most useful in that it is simply a reminder to us to be constantly on our guard against intimidation or aggression of any kind and how a simple disagreement can escalate into something more dangerous if it is not dealt with in the proper manner.

A lot of this was common sense, however it was good to have confirmation that on the whole I have been handling aggressive situations correctly. I should however put more emphasis on my own safety, something I will do in the future.
