very easy course to complete covers all the information well, very good interface to work with,
good course and provided myself with info I never new about the HAVS.
I learnt a fair bit, I liked the structure of the course, and as a simple overview and snap shot, it was effective. I just challenge whether this style of delivery was too short and may result in the content not being retained
Nicely broken up in to small factual points and felt relaxed doing it.
A concise summary that identified key issues and suitably tested the learning and understanding with the 20 question test. I felt this was suitable for all levels of the business to undertake, and the Stages of HAVS and the 100 point limit and 400 pint max levels were referenced. These may require some more local level RA training
