found this course very easy to understand and well presented.
the course gave a good basic introduction to the subject with plenty of easy to understand and well illustrated background information. For somebody new to the subject and wanting to apply this in the work place links to further training in using the HAV calculator would have been useful
This is a useful training programme, but is a bit confusing between employer and employee roles
